We provide personal HR placement, recruitment, and CV consultancy services in Karachi, Pakistan. Our website is located at www.bukharihrms.com.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, submitting your CV, contacting us via WhatsApp, phone, or email, or engaging our services in any form, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
3. Nature of Our Services
Bukhari HRMS provides the following services:
- Personal job placement and career advocacy for job seekers
- Candidate sourcing, screening, and referral for employers
- CV review and professional CV writing
- Career consultation and guidance
All services are provided on a success-fee basis unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. We do not charge upfront consultation or registration fees of any kind.
4. No Guarantee of Employment or Hire
Bukhari HRMS does not guarantee that any job seeker will receive an offer of employment, nor does it guarantee that any employer will find a suitable candidate through our services. We make our best professional efforts on your behalf, but outcomes depend on market conditions, employer decisions, and candidate suitability — all of which are beyond our control.
Engaging our services does not create any obligation on the part of any employer to interview or hire any candidate referred by us.
5. Your Obligations as a Job Seeker
By engaging our placement services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information about your qualifications, employment history, and personal details
- Inform us promptly if you accept employment through any channel during the period we are actively representing you
- Pay the agreed success fee (one month’s gross salary) within 14 days of receiving your first salary — but only if our placement directly led to your hiring
- Not misrepresent yourself to any employer we introduce you to
- Treat all information about employer companies and their internal affairs as confidential
6. Your Obligations as an Employer
By engaging our recruitment services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate job descriptions, salary ranges, and hiring criteria
- Not contact, approach, or hire any candidate referred by Bukhari HRMS through any channel other than our introduction, without disclosing this to us
- Pay the agreed success fee within 14 days of invoice following successful completion of the candidate’s probation period
- Inform us within 48 hours if a referred candidate accepts an offer or begins employment
- Treat candidate CVs and personal information as strictly confidential — not to be shared with third parties
7. Fees and Payment
Detailed fee terms are set out in our Payment & Refund Policy. In summary:
- No fee is payable unless a successful placement is made
- Fees are payable only after probation is successfully completed
- Payment is accepted via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or direct bank transfer only
- All invoices carry our registered NTN and are valid tax documents
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, taglines, and brand elements — is the property of Bukhari Enterprises. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any part of this website’s content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Pakistani law, Bukhari HRMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our services or website, including but not limited to: loss of income, loss of opportunity, or any employment-related decision made by a third party.
Our total liability to any party, in any circumstance, shall not exceed the fees actually paid to us in connection with the specific placement that gave rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
Before any formal legal step, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct, good-faith communication — as is consistent with the honour-based manner in which this business operates.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your engagement governs our relationship. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
