My name is Syed Abdul Rehman Bukhari. I am a Human Resources professional with over 25 years of hands-on experience across manufacturing and services industries in Karachi and Islamabad. I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management — with Thesis — and I have spent the better part of three decades inside Pakistan’s real job market: not reading about it, living it.
I have sat on both sides of the table. I have been the HR Manager deciding which CV stays and which one goes. I have also been the one helping professionals navigate a market where merit alone is rarely enough. I know exactly what hiring managers think when they open a CV, what they say after a candidate leaves the room, and what actually makes a company call someone back.
Why I Started BukhariHRMS
Every week I watched competent, qualified professionals sit at home — not because they lacked skills, but because their CV was buried under a pile of thousands, or an algorithm struck them out before a human being ever read a single line. I watched people with ten-year careers get ghosted by job portals. I watched mid-level managers with genuine expertise lose confidence simply because they had no reference, no access, no door to knock on.
