Your Questions, Answered
No pressure. No hidden clauses.
Just honest answers.
These are the questions I hear most often — from job seekers and employers both. If your question is not here, send me a WhatsApp and I will answer it personally.
For Job Seekers
How much do you charge to help me find a job?
Nothing upfront. Nothing during the process. The consultation, CV review, and active placement work are all completely free. You only pay one month’s gross salary — after you have received your offer letter and successfully joined the company. If I do not place you, you owe me nothing. That is the deal.
What if I apply to a company myself and you also approach the same company?
You do not owe me anything in that case. I only claim a fee if my direct, personal introduction leads to your offer letter. If you applied independently or got hired through any other channel, there is no fee — simple as that. I operate on honesty. My reputation is my only real asset.
Will you push me to accept any job just to collect your fee?
Never. You are the decision-maker. I get paid only when you accept an offer you are genuinely happy with. A bad fit ruins my credibility with that employer too — so it is in my interest that you land the right role, not just any role.
I have a career gap of 1–3 years. Can you still help me?
Yes — and this is one of the areas I specialise in. A career gap is not a failure; it is a narrative that needs to be told correctly. I reframe your story so that employers see your experience and potential, not a blank period on a timeline. Twenty-five years in HR gives me insight into exactly how hiring managers think about gaps — and how to address their concerns before they become objections.
Do I need to sign a contract with you?
No contract at all. Our agreement is based on trust and a mutual understanding. You can walk away at any time. The only thing I ask is this: if I place you, please honour the one-month fee after you join. That is it.
What if the company fires me within the first week?
No fee. The payment is due only after you have joined and completed your probation period — typically one to three months, as agreed at the time of placement. If it does not work out through no fault of your own, you pay nothing.
Will you share my CV or personal data with companies without my permission?
Never. I do not share your CV, CNIC, home address, salary, or any personal detail with any employer without your explicit consent. When I approach a company on your behalf, I first tell you which company and why — and only then, with your approval, do I represent you. Your data never moves without your permission.
What kinds of roles and industries do you cover?
Both white collar and blue collar roles across Karachi’s industries — including manufacturing, services, trading, logistics, IT, finance, administration, and more. From factory supervisors and skilled technicians to mid-management executives and departmental heads. If you are competent and genuinely looking, I will assess whether I can help you.
For Employers
How do you vet candidates before referring them to us?
I conduct a personal interview with every candidate before referring them to any employer. I assess their technical competence, communication ability, attitude, and role-fit based on your specific requirement. I do not spray CVs — I refer people I would genuinely vouch for with my own name.
How much does it cost to hire through Bukhari HRMS?
You pay nothing during the search or shortlisting phase. Upon successful hire and completion of the candidate’s probation period, a success fee applies — either 10% of annual CTC or one month’s gross salary, whichever is agreed before we begin. No retainer. No monthly fee. Pure performance basis.
What if the hired candidate does not work out during probation?
The fee is only triggered after probation is completed successfully. If a candidate exits before completing probation — for any reason — no fee is payable. In such cases, I will also make reasonable efforts to find a suitable replacement at no additional charge, subject to discussion.
Do you handle blue collar and labour recruitment as well?
Yes. Bukhari HRMS places both white collar professionals and blue collar skilled workers. Whether you need a factory supervisor, warehouse team lead, driver, technician, or a Finance Manager — I cover the full spectrum. The vetting process is equally rigorous regardless of the role level.
Is there a contract or formal agreement required?
A brief written understanding (via WhatsApp or email) is sufficient to establish the scope and fee terms before I begin sourcing. For larger or recurring mandates, we can formalise this with a simple service agreement. Either way, the terms are always clear, transparent, and agreed before any work begins.
