Is profile registration free?
Yes. Candidates and employers can create their profiles free of charge. No registration payment is required.
What should I upload with my candidate profile?
Upload your CV and relevant supporting documents through your private profile: education certificates, experience letters and pay slips where requested. Clear photos or scans help us review your information. Use the file formats and limits shown by the profile form.
Who can see my documents?
CVs, contact details and supporting documents belong in your private recruitment record. We discuss a suitable role and ask your permission before sharing your profile with an employer. A public skills highlight needs separate permission.
Can my company or skills appear on the homepage?
Yes. Complete your profile and request a feature during your profile review. Company logos and candidate skills highlights are published after review and separate permission. A feature is optional and is not guaranteed.
Does creating a profile guarantee a job?
No. Opportunities depend on employer requirements, available vacancies, your skills and your preferred location. The employer makes the hiring decision.
Are placement and recruitment services also free?
Profile registration is free. For a job secured through our referral, the candidate placement fee is one month’s agreed gross salary, payable after the first salary is received. Employer recruitment fees and any replacement terms are agreed in writing before introductions. See the placement and recruitment policy for details.
Can I register from outside Karachi?
Yes. We accept candidate profiles across Pakistan. Tell us where you can work and whether you can commute or relocate. Employers can also create a profile and discuss their hiring requirements.
