Candidate and company profiles are currently free to create. Any paid placement, recruitment or additional service is explained separately before you agree to proceed.
1. Free profile registration
Bukhari HRMS currently charges no registration fee for candidate or company profiles.
Candidates can submit their experience, skills, work preferences, CV and relevant supporting documents. Employers can introduce their company and share their hiring requirements.
Creating a profile does not guarantee employment, an interview, a shortlist or a successful hire.
If registration charges change in the future, the revised terms will be published before they apply. Creating a free profile does not create a retrospective registration charge.
2. Candidate placement fee
For jobs in Pakistan secured through a Bukhari HRMS referral, the candidate placement fee is one month’s agreed gross monthly salary, before deductions.
This fee becomes payable after the candidate starts the job and receives their first salary. An interview invitation or job offer alone does not trigger payment.
The fee and payment conditions must be explained and accepted before an introduction proceeds. A job obtained independently of our referral does not create a placement fee.
3. Employer recruitment fees
Company profile registration is free. Recruitment services are quoted separately according to the assignment.
The fee, payment schedule, scope of work and any replacement or refund conditions are agreed in writing before paid recruitment work begins.
4. Optional services and homepage features
Creating a profile does not automatically enrol you in a paid CV-writing, consultancy or other additional service. Any such work requires a separate quotation and your acceptance.
Companies and candidates may request a homepage feature. Publication depends on review, available space and separate permission. Private CVs and supporting documents are not included in public features.
5. Payments
Pay only after receiving confirmed payment instructions from Bukhari HRMS. Keep your transaction reference and receipt.
Payment confirmation follows verification; submitting a receipt alone does not confirm that funds have been received.
6. Refunds and cancellations
There is no registration payment to refund for a free profile.
If you make a duplicate or incorrect payment, contact us with the transaction details so we can investigate and arrange any refund due.
For separately paid services, cancellation and refund requests are assessed against the agreed scope, work completed and any undelivered work. Fees for completed, agreed work are generally retained. If we cannot deliver an agreed service, we will discuss a revised arrangement or refund for the undelivered portion.
Any specific placement or employer refund terms must be recorded in the relevant agreement. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable law.
7. International assignments
The candidate placement terms above apply to jobs in Pakistan. International recruitment, remote hiring and overseas employment arrangements require separate assessment and written terms.
