I have sat on both sides of the hiring table: assessing applicants as an HR Manager and helping people explain their experience to employers. I understand how much a job search can ask of you, especially when your livelihood and family responsibilities depend on the outcome.
Why I started Bukhari HRMS
I started this service because capable people often need someone to understand their work, help them present it clearly and speak to employers about where they may fit.
At first, most inquiries arrived through WhatsApp. As more people contacted me, a message and a saved CV became too little to work with responsibly. Your skills, salary expectations, location and availability deserve a record I can return to when a relevant opportunity appears.
That is why Bukhari HRMS now uses private candidate profiles. The form helps me prepare for our conversation and keep your information organised. I personally handle screening and employer introductions.

Homepage company logos and candidate skills highlights are optional. Each request is reviewed and needs separate permission. Your private documents are not published as part of a feature.
What happens after you register

- Have the screening conversation. We clarify your information and discuss your expectations.
- Consider a relevant opportunity. When a suitable vacancy is available, I discuss it with you and obtain your permission before sharing your information with that employer.
Your profile stays private. Candidate records are used for recruitment and are not sold or published as a public CV directory. You can sign in to update your details. Please keep your availability current and let me know promptly if you cannot attend an agreed call or interview.
For employers: a clear brief and personal screening
I work with you to understand the role, skills, location, salary budget and joining requirements. I then assess relevant candidates and coordinate introductions. Employer recruitment fees are quoted individually and agreed before recruitment begins.
